Just a quick note on how to get the VMware tools running on Debian Lenny on a Vsphere Virtual Machine.

Get all the info you need by installing the HP Management drivers for your vSphere server. If you’re installing from the .iso from VMware you probably don’t have the HP drivers integrated into it, but you would like to monitor your Array Controller and discs.
